  Come here often, always delicious. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Typical pita pit fare, and the veggies always look/taste fresh. I come here once a week or more and always leave satisfied. They also have GoodLife and military discounts.

  Their pitas have been great in the past, but they should know that Skip The Dishes cost them a whack of business just now. They complicated stuff to DEATH online (even though we've used their service before), and when I phoned the Regent location just now to see if the order got through (didn't), the staffer didn't seem to care that they'd lost business and that we'll be taking our business elsewhere forever, and it WASN'T EVEN THEIR DOING! It was S.T.D. (appropriate initials, eh?) that killed everything. Thanks STD and thanks PP (another good set of initials) for not caring.

  I went into the restaurant, and there were 2 other groups of 2-3 people in front of me. I waited patiently for 10 or so minutes for them to be served. But just as their orders were being finished up a skip the dishes delivery driver came in and was served immediately. I also waited patiently for another few minutes for that, but after he was done the staff immediately helped a new customer who just walked in, ignoring me. this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant, and I will never be returning to this location again. Not once was I even acknowledged by the 2 staff members working.

  Service staff are very unfriendly and not a place I would feel comfortable going to again, the one beside Jolly Bee is friendly so I will definitely stick to that location. So much more friendly.

  This pita pit is a hit and miss. Everytime I go, I'm not sure if I'm going to enjoy my meal or be disappointed. I always pay for extra cheese and most of the time I have to remind them to put more on or I just get a little sprinkle of cheese which is disappointing. The music is always super loud so it's hard to communicate what I want on my pita. They are usually over staffed and customer service is normally not very good. The only reason I continue to go to this pita pit is because I live 20 mins outside the city and it's the closest one and I love pita pit usually, it's a lot better than subway.... please work on the food quality and customer service skills.
