  So I go onto the OFFICIAL airline website, punch in the same dates etc and get the result straight away and still $2,000 cheaper than at Flight Centre!!! How could this be? Your system is connected directly to all major airlines and yet you are unable to find THIS flight? JUST WOW!

  Amanda Wilson was incredibly helpful in booking our flights to Europe. I thought I had found the best price (searching for 2 months+), but she was able to find an even better deal. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming She has traveled to so many countries, so she was able to provide a lot of useful tips. I cannot recommend her enough! Go see Amanda for all of your travel needs. :)

  She then tells me that she has another appointment and I would need to purchase this online! Jessica did not even think of asking another travel agent to help me and there were 2 available at the time.... WHAT AN AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  This was by far the worst customer service that I have seen at any travel agency. I would suggest you avoid Flight Centre as they WILL try to rip you off! Purchased directly from the airline for $2000 less than at Flight Centre! Good job Jessica, keep it up and your company will soon go out of business!

  I walked into the polo park location on April 2/17 with every intention of booking an extravagant honeymoon vacation, unfortunately customer service wasn't a priority. No greeting from 3 staff members as I wandered the store, taking my business elsewhere was an easy decision.

  I was told that most of these online sites are shady and they change their prices everyday etc etc...I get that, but Flight Centre policy states that you would beat any price of any Canadian website! She then proceeds to tell me that Flight Centre system is connected directly to all major airlines and they get "true" pricing, BUT then she tells me that she can't find the same flight for $2000 that I showed her online?!?!

  Amanada Wilson is a fantastic travel agent who helped my parents book their first cruise together in 29 years of marriage. Before this cruise, my parents never had the chance to travel anywhere by themselves without bringing the kids. I wanted to give them the push they needed to explore the world; thus I bought them a Flight Centre gift card in December 2016 as a New Year's gift. In February 2017, my parents booked an MSC Caribbean Cruise through Amanda. They found Amanda to have a warm, bubbly personality who is very knowledgable in travel destinations and cruises. Amanda took care of all the fine details and ensured no problems would pop up during the vacation. Amanda was very helpful in answering all of my parents questions/concerns. Strongly recommend. A+++

  I went to this branch yesterday and dealt with Jessica Campbell. She advised that my ticket would be over $4,000 and when I showed her an itinerary for the same destination online for just $2,000 her attitude has changed completely.
