  I was overall pleased with the small and cozy atmosphere. I purchased a microdermabrasion from Groupon. The lady who did my service was quiet but nice and polite and professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for some constructive feedback. It’s always a good idea to introduce yourself to a new client, I had to ask for my estheticians name. She also knew this was my first microdermabrasion, so a little bit of explanation on the steps eases a clients questions and concerns. Lastly, the massage portion was very rushed. She could have taken a few more minutes to really make it feel luxurious. A clients first time is the right time to impress them! I wouldn’t discourage anyone from using their services, but they could use some minor improvements.
