    My wife knew exactly which shoes she wanted, as our dog destroyed the last pair. When we walked in the staff never acknowledged us, not even a "hi". they were looking at us like we were inconveniencing them for being there, and interrupting their socializing. we will never buy anything from this store. The customer service here was terrible.

    Very helpful and friendly. A comfortable walking shoe is always difficult to find for me, alas not this time. Thanks for your help and advise.
