  Don’t take this three star review the wrong way - IHOP serves you a pancake and they even have bottomless coffee left on the table. The problem is that they have subpar bacon, nothing-special eggs and unless you order something unique to the franchise - you won’t have a great breakfast. This makes IHOP hard to universally suggest - you need to be in the mood for something like a red velvet pancake.

  There is no maple syrup - but the selection they got is very American and so I’ll forgive that.

  There are better places out there in comparison to this IHOP. Ordered a breakfast plate with hash browns, eggs and two type of meats. A French toast special also came with the order. Food didn’t come out very hot. Server also got a couple of items wrong and forgot an item completely.

  Definitely not worth a 25 minute wait , but if you walk up and order a short stack of something goofy you will probably have a good time.

  Took more than 30 minutes to sit and another 40 minutes for us to eat. They didn’t even give utensils even after they brought food. I had to get up and tell them. They forgot my toast. When I reminded them I was almost done my meal. And the Toast was not even toasted. Eggs over medium came back runny. Food was cold! This is the second experience of this. I hope others had a better experience.

  Amazing. Food came quickly. Came hot and delicious. Service was insanely wonderful. Some of the best service I have ever had. Our server went above and beyond. I went with my mother who expressed her dislike for regular coffee to the server. We joked about how she only liked coffee that was stronger than tar. Without asking the server brought her an espresso free of charge. My mother was over the moon. She loved it so much. THAT is the customer service that will make us loyal customers. Absolutely perfect experience. Happy atmosphere. Playful names to hold the tables under. Loved it. No complaints.

  IHOP is one of my favourite breakfast places in the US and when I heard they were coming to Winnipeg I was so excited. They did not disappoint. The food is almost exactly the same as in the US but the best part is they upgraded the decor and it's more inviting and warm than any IHOP I've attended in the US! Love this place, their cream cheese crepes and of course hot sauce on hash browns.
