  It is not a large corporation so nothing gets lost, overlooked or ignored, all employees work together to make sure customers are satisfied and you are being treated like a family member. Barbara-Anne was my agent and I was very happy with that choice. This company actually helps you with a purchase or sale of a house. They will go above and beyond for a customer. When I was buying my first house this agency did the research for me and also gave me advise what to look for in a rural area. Questions I didn't even know that I should have asked the seller, things that would never cross my mind to ask, they took the time to make sure my purchase was safe and that price was appropriate for the house. They did negotiate the price of the house for me and I bought it well below asking price.
