  The lady who works in the post office is the grouchiest, snapping back person I have ever seen. She is in a state of constant panic and took out her frustrations on me, a senior citizen. She is constantly in a wild out of control state telling you that you are wrong for anything that you say to her. It is quite apparent that she doesn't know what she is doing. If she is unhappy working there she should quit her job and not take out her frustrations on the customers. I have never had such difficulty in my life with such a basic mailing transaction. My tracking number doesn't exist on Canada Post's website tracker therefore she didn't perform the necessary scan on my item for tracking purposes and I have no way of knowing where my item is. The name on the receipt is Shelley. I just hope that my mail arrives at its destination because of the importance of the contents. This is one very unhappy, frustrated, incompetent, and uncaring person. Other than this one person, the Westwood pharmacy is just fine and would do much better without her.
