    Never order from this website go directly to the Canadian birth certificate website it is only $30 for a birth certificate vital statistics charges $80 and they do nothing I have been waiting for over a month for my certificate only to find out it hasn't even been mailed yet. Andi needed my certificate for my student loans. And now I'm not going to meet my deadline

    I have been here a few times. The wait was never long. The employees are helpful and pleasant.

    They do zero ID validation before releasing a birth certificate. Somebody should report this agency to the privacy commissioner. Their practices are archaic and expose the public to significant fraud risk.
