  I've used their services twice. Both times they called me back within a few hours and were over within a day to look and provide a quote for best case, worst case, likeliest case scenarios.

  Today, Andrew (of Pleasant Plumber) spent the day replacing an ancient pipe that was cracked in my main bathroom stack. I am sitting here filled with gratitude because- he basically saved me thousands of dollars on cabinetry (the pipe he had to remove was behind them) by helping me remove them. He even helped put them back after- which is amazing because it spared me the expense and inconvenience of arranging it later (which is what I expected). I would have a disaster here tonight- but instead everything is fixed and I am so relieved. Finally- he could have likely charged me more for doing what is essentially carpentry- but he didn't. The price was what he quoted for the a scenario that unfolded, and entirely reasonable for the job.

  Andrew is the best (and the receptionist was lovely)! This Saturday, Remembrance Day, we had a plumbing emergency. The recepetionist was so friendly and calm, despite my anxious and stressed out tone. I told her we were calling around and other companies were quoting a 4-6 hour wait time. Just after 12 noon, she dispatched out the job. In about 10 minutes, I received a phone call back from Andrew. I explained what was going on and he said it definitely sounded like it should be looked at. He said he would be there within the hour(ish). True to his word, he arrived within the hour, approximately 1:15 pm. The job took a few hours. Andrew knew what he was doing. He talked with my husband about what the problem was and what we needed to do to take care of things next time. In the future, when we need a plumber, I won’t even bother looking around online. I’ll just call The Pleasant Plumber right away. Andrew is very friendly, highly competent and the consummate professional. If I could give 6/5 stars, I would!

  We had water leaking on the floor at the base of our toilet and it was determined sewer water was baking up. I called the Pleasant Plumber and had a call back within 30 minutes and set up a time the next day to come out. The work that was done was excellent and very thorough. They explained to us what was happening, why and made suggestions for other improvements that could be made. They were incredibly professional, courteous and friendly. Overall a very positive experience, and we will be telling anyone looking for a plumber to use them. The cost was fair, and really, to now have peace of mind that the issue is resolved, it was well worth it!

  PS. The person who gave The Plesant Plumber a bad review has also given poor reviews to other plumbing companies. Please think critically about that review when all other reviews are positive. Disregard it all together. It’s a lie.

  The Actual Owner Came and gave us a great price on the kitchen faucet and repaired it for such a great deal. He is very nice and courteous and would definitely recommend him!

  The best part is that Barrett brought to our attention that the faucet we bought to replace would only cause the same issues in no time, so he greatly recommended and explained to us why he felt a different faucet would be a better option. Even better was that he had this faucet on him and that saved us a trip back to the department store and having to wait another day or two for him to return.

  I had a Kitchen sink faucet that desperately needed replacing. I googled plumbers and The Pleasant Plumber popped up and they work 24/7, voila exactly what I needed so I did not have to take time off work.

  I emailed early in the morning and within 1 hr Barrett (owner) emailed me back with an estimate as well as he agreed to come on the date and time I chose. Barrett arrived on schedule and got to work right away.
