  Our hot water tank went on New Years Day - From the time we called to having our new tank installed was just over two and a half hours! We had the fortune of having their Tech Rob do the installation! He was super quick, thorough, friendly and explained everything to us. I highly recommended this company and if you are lucky enough to have Rob do your installation you won’t be disappointed!

  The installer (Robert) who came in was absolutely amazing. He talked me through everything. Long story short, my hot water tank was 9 years old, it was time for a new one! So Robert recommended me a few options of which was to go. The service and install was amazing! He was very kind, quick, and professional. He also talked with me about upgrading my furnace and air conditioner unit which I definitely will do in the very near future through him!

  The installation crew was on time as well and were very polite and personable. The demo, install and duct modifications were all done in 4 hours. Very quick. They cleaned up after themselves. Would have liked the ducting to be sealed a bit better. Taping the joints would work better i think. That's why i gave a 4 star instead of 5 star. I would definitely hire Reliance Superior to do a job in the future. Not a fly by night company.

  Obtained three quotes. Costco uses reliance, but their quote appeared superior. Later learned this was because what I thought was equal was not. Some issues in terms of product selected, but was resolved to my satisfaction. Quick install (like a day later). Awesomeness.

  Reliance employee Jeff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing and what needed to be changed. Also informed me they would replace my furnace filters, as I was buying them since I started renting the furnace. And he was the first to explain the humidifier to me and change the filter. The filter for that hadn't been changed as far as I know since i got it.
