  I phoned Mr. Rooter to rooter a clogged bathroom and kitchen. I specifically asked the call taker, how much it would cost. She explained to me that she doesn't know. I found this to be very suspicious, because I expressly explained to her the problem. When the plumber arrived the following day, he wanted to charge me $400 for the work. I blew a gasket, especially knowing that other plumbers on kijiji charge around $120-150 for the same work. Luckily I found another plumber to clean out my lines. Please give your scheduler some price specifics so that customers don't yell at your techs for overcharging them. Never using Mr. Rooter again.

  Loved that a service technician was sent out quickly to unclog our main sewer drain. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as address any concerns we had.

  Great service! Cleared a nasty clog in the pipes and some roots that had grown in. Very friendly staff, I would call them again if I needed.

  Great service. Tec was on time. Did a great job of removing tree roots in my sewer without making a mess. He cleaned up after himself. Was in and out within a hour. I am very happy with Mr. Rooter.
