I was referred by Victoria Hospital and hassle started from the moment I came. The receptionist said the Hospital hasn't transferred my file into them. So that, I have to go home and wait for their call.

They need to lose the intake nurse. She is rude and does not know the meaning of customer service. Would constantly interrupt mid sentence and would get super rude. In my instance things changed very quickly when i had to 'put' her in her place as she was being sarcastic and i was having none of it. This is coming from a person that dealt with about 10000 customers through out the time i had worked in customer service. Unacceptable. On top of this for walk ins you get a return time but they still make you wait another 2 hours without no contact. It is a nasty and selfish procedure with absolute no respect for peoples time. As for the treatment mine was a minor injury so the doctor didnt have to do much to appreciate. An x ray and a MRI so i cant comment on the doctors much. Hope your experience would be better than mine.

Recently had surgery for my rotator cuff and the whole experience was great. I was referred to by my family Dr. and got an appointment very quickly was assessed and given options. I was told that it could take a few months to get it done, but could be sooner if there was a cancellation. Within a couple of weeks I got an appointment and got it done. The procedure when smoothly and I'm now at home on the mend. My follow up appointments were on time and the staff were great. Very happy with the whole experience.

few days later, they called me and help me book an appointment. I believe is not Pan Am's fault, rather maybe is the Nurse at Victoria's that didn't send my file or forgot to send it, until Pan Am contacted them.

Went to this walk in clinic on Sunday January 21st due to an allergic reaction to iv contast from a CT scan on the 18th of January. I contacted the hospital on the 19th and they told me to take a antihistamine (which I already had purchased and took). Both the CT centre and my family doctor were closed on the weekend so I thought I would go to the Pan Am for a prescription for some cream to help fight the rash. I stood in line since 7am in -8 weather till the doors opened at 7:45. I was served very quickly only to be told that this clinic is for strains and sprains. So much for our healthcare.

Fast forward, the day of the appointment arrived. I sat down and the wait time is pretty long, yes.... around 2 hours. I believe is because of lack of doctors at that particular day.

PanAm has done a decent job overall. The wait time is the issue that can be fixed.

Other than that, SO FAR SO GOOD :) when I got called, everything went so fast and efficient. The doctor (Dr. Swee Teo) referred me to any physiotherapy for my treatment in the city. In short, he was really helpful!

I got shoulder surgery at the clinic everything was fine until I had to remove the bandages and they didn’t even decide to cut my chest armpit and back hair and I can’t get the bandages off because it is so painful
