    Went for the "do it yourself" dog wash and was actually pretty impressed. The space to wash your dogs was great. So clean, spacious, and totally separate from the store without behind hidden away from everyone. Large elevated tubs and they provide everything you need (towels, shampoo, brush, smock for yourself), PLUS clean up afterwards and treats. The staff working were super friendly and had treats at every corner for my dogs. They were great at helping me keep my Husky calm, as he does not like bath time or new environments. Best part was that the dog wash was only $10 and they put me on their loyalty program, every 7th wash is free!

    Then another lady who I was not even dealing with and has no idea whats going on just jumps into the conversation and acusses me of breaking the product myself! Unbelievable! I reply so is this why it's taking so long for a simple refund because you guys think I broke it myself. I then swore on my mother's LIFE that I did not break the product and that it was their responsibility to check if their products are working and not mine. However that wasn't enough they told me to get out of the store or they will call the police?!?! REally? I say ok fine call the police, I know I didn't do anything wrong. They just repeat get out of the store, I can see there is no reasoning with these people so Im leaving, and just before we get to the door one of the employees just randomly explodes out of no where, screaming in this incoherent stupor and my poor 2 year old toddler is freightened and begins to cry. Worse shopping experience of my life. To summarize, bought a defective product, went to return it, was denied, accused of breaking it myself, was told to get out of the store or they will call the police and makes my baby cry. Before they call themselves petvalue they should learn some human values first. #boycottpetvalue

    I purchased a dog muzzle there and I just want to exchange a different size but i lost my receipt by accident and I told them the card number I made the purchase and the date I purchase and they just just said they can do nothing

    Really !!! I purchase the wrong size because your sales told my that was the right size and now I lost my receipt but you can do nothing

    So then I ask to speak to the manager and she goes away for another 5mins comes back to tell me the manager doesn't want to speak to me because she is busy and that I can call her later(not too busy to talk to her employees but too busy for her customers). So then I say ok then what's her number, then she says I can't call her because they are not allowed to give out the managers number. I'm getting impatient at the stupididty of what is happening right now. So then I go "ok then give her my number so she can call me", and they reply she wont call you until Friday. Friday? why friday that's almost a week from today. I very and I mean very calmly express to them that I am not happy and that even they admit it was unfair.

    I am absolutely appalled at how I was just treated at Pet Value 240-400 North Town Road. It was my dog's birthday and I was excited to buy him a raisable dog dish for his special day. When I got home with the product and opened the box, I could see a small part of it was damaged, the part that locks the dish into place. I haven't used it yet and it's already damaged, they sold me a faulty product. So I think no biggie just bring it back and get the same product or a return. I bring it back and the girl there says yea, they knew the box was damaged in shipping and they didn't see the broken piece because they hadn't taken it out to assmeble. She then goes to the back and talks to her manager on the phone for 10-15mins and comes back to tell me she can't give me a refund and the product has been discontinued. She said I could get store credit, but really emphasizing that I could not get a refund. I didn't like that because they basically sold me a damaged product and said too bad. She told me that she knew it was not fair but that it's her managers call.
