  Their My Account portal would only serve 404 Error messages and the one instance when it did work, I was not able to easily alter my delivery details without calling into the call centre. Nice people poor online user experience.

  I have used PODS for a number of years in my work with Shakespeare in the Ruins. We run performances during the month of June, and being presented in a Provincial Park, we need a secure space to store all of the equipment, set pieces and props for the shows.

  After a little misunderstanding with my bill and a few phone calls and emails the team at PODS fixed the problem and corrected the error and reimbursed me the money owed that was paid twice! I was so happy because I had already had the best experience with them and didn't want it to end on a bad note. Thank you PODS for keeping your word and accepting my honesty!

  We're loving using PODS for our Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life event in Winnipeg. The PODS container makes the transportation and storage of our event supplies so much easier! We know exactly when the supplies will be picked up and delivered to the event, and can rest assured that they will be stored safely while they are are. It's one less thing that our hard working volunteers need to worry about when they're busy organizing a big event like Relay For Life!!

  When the units arrive on-site, I confirm the placement of the PODS, and the driver takes care of the rest. They always arrive clean and in good condition.
