  Some of the furniture is a little rough, and what I thought was dirty was actually just stained. Stained and worn are acceptable in hotels and motels. Let's face it, guests are hard on rooms. Dirty is not acceptable!

  Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast offered is very good with a wide variety of food available. Something for everyone.

  Clean and close to airport but I found it loud at night. Had some guests partying and no one at front desk to cope with the noise.

  First, the hotel staff are first class. Professional, helpful, friendly. Rooms were spotless, facility well maintained. Manager is very responsive and able to accommodate our requests as a group. We had a great stay

  The sauna is a very small 2-3 person enclosure. It heats quickly and has a radio built in. The hot tub is much nicer.

  This a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. I like the fact that the sauna and hot tub are closed once a week for a thorough cleaning. There are only a very limited number of hotel hot tubs I would go in. This hotel is one that I would use.

  We visit Winnipeg frequently and stay at different hotels, this was the first time we stayed here and it didn’t disappoint . The hotel staff is amazing and very accommodating , breakfast is good,hotel was very quiet , absolutely no noise . One of the best and most clean hotels in Winnipeg. The reason why you’re loosing two starts is due to the beds and bed frames . Maybe is just an issue with the suite beds but the bed frame sticks out 8 to 10” at the bottom which makes everyone that gets out of the bed hit the corners every time , as the matter of fact one of our daughters has a major bruise due to hitting her knee every time at the same spot . This in our opinion is a major safety concern and should be addressed, before someone gets hurt bad.
