  I was helped by two of the men working there. They know their stuff, and can explain complicated information in ways that I could better understand. It was frustrating that I wasn't able to easily switch my bank accounts that insurance is withdrawn from because my uncle owns the car I use, but they can't violate privacy laws so no point getting riled up about it. Overall, I left with a good experience and information on how to solve my problem. Good place.

  Two days later... to follow up with the terrible service, not only was this employee I last dealt with ignorant, she didn't do her job completely. Which in turn almost left a $20 000 vehicle uninsured.

  I recently used Turnbull Whitaker insurance on a recommendation from my sister. I registered a vehicle through their agency to see how they compared to my current broker. After dealing with two different employees and the owner I knew I was in the excellent hands. Within months I had moved all my insurance needs to them including, cars,house,cottage and business. The staff and ownership have been fantastic to deal with and are incredibly knowledgeable in their craft.i would highly recommend everyone to give their services a try.
