  Clinic is dirty and dated. Walls are covered in memos about how much they charge for non insured procedures. This clinic is all about billing and nothing to do with patient care. Constantly call you back in so they can read test results and bill for it even though nothing unusual is on the lab report. Avoid.

  In closing, the lab and reception staff at Linden Ridge are awesome and I hope things never change there.

  Dusty clinic, staff tries to help but they're not very nice. If i call in about an urgent appointment for my 13 months old daughter they make me feel horrible about it like i made her sick!!! The lab tech is the slowest person ever and the faxes always say come back for another appointment. They just wanna bill us continously!

  So unfortunately Kristen Young, you are not the only person alive in the world. Also, unfortunately, around here you have to wait to see a doctor. Make an appointment. You can move to the states and pay if you'd like. Fine with me. If your issue is so urgent, go to a walk in clinic. That's what they're there for. Not sure who your doctor is, but Dr. Luk has been nothing but great for the past 20 years. I'll continue to go there as long as he's around.

  I feel fortunate to have found Dr. N. Roman as he accepted me as a new patient after losing my previous physician. He's thorough, friendly and professional. As for wait times, when I go to a doctor's office I expect to wait approximately 30mins. If it's less, great! If it's more, oh well, what's a few extra minutes for receiving what I feel is excellent care?

  Best and lowest waiting times. Better still are the doctors, staff and clinical medical testing facilities. I feel blessed to have finally found a place close to home where it is seldom crowded and with plenty of parking. WiFi available.
