  I bought some beams here according to a designer. I was told by a journeyman carpenter and an inspector it was over-designed by one beam. I tried to return the extra one but the manager told me the manufacturer wouldn't accept it back because they couldn't be sure if it had been stored properly. I called the manufacturer and they said they weren't concerned about storage. I called Windsor back and the manager changed his story to they couldn't take it back because it was cut to length, which is a lie as it was a standard length. As someone else wrote here, don't shop here unless you're positive you're going to be happy with what you get because you're stuck with it.
