  “VIB ROUGE MEMBER”.. I don’t even want to give them one star.. was just trying to return an item after I purchased it online.. the girl was rude when I was attempting to just EXCHANGE the item for many higher priced items.. She led me to believe that the credit was on there and I didn’t realize until after I looked at the bill that she took my item and didn’t give me my credit back... at this point I was livid because while trying to purchase a gift card previously with the exchange of the product i was confused as to why I didn’t receive the gift card with the mirror, (how they typically give you each gift card you purchase) I inquired about it and the girl rudely snarked that they don’t have it.. I understand that some items aren’t in stock however I was flabbergasted that this woman could treat me like scum beneath her shoe and the other cashiers helping out customers had nicely mentioned that they didn’t have the cute mirror with the gift card and they even appologized for the inconvience... but I get the girl who’s rude to me when I’m trying to exchange an item and rude to me about asking for the free mirror Sephora so kindly provides with the gift card purchase... rediculous... better luck online...

  I've been to every Sephora in Edmonton, Sephora's in Vancouver, Moncton, and Calgary. I have been in th Sephora polo park A LOT and I have only ever had ONE good experience. Every other time I've gone in there the staff were rude, far from helpful and seemed judgmental. A lot of the staff seemed to HATE their jobs. Go to the st vital location or order online! You won't feel judged and like you're bothering the people who get PAID to help you!

  The staff is helpful and pleasant. Stock is often out on popular products, but they always have good alternative recommendations. Love Sephora!

  After paying $200 for a fragrance i asked for a sample of another one and they said "it's not in their obligation to give me one" not going there again not to mention the snooty service

  I've only ever had pleasant experiences here. The girls who work there are very knowledgable, talented, and helpful.
