  My children really enjoy seeing dr. phipps. She is very friendly and knows how to encourage the children and explains everything to me. My mother in law does not speak much english but always enjoys seeing Dr. Lee, he is friendly too.

  Dr. O and Dr. Phipps are always very professional. I never feel rushed in my appointment and I always feel like I'm getting the best option possible for my eyes. I can't recommend the Prairie Eye Care team enough!

  I called in for appointments for my two kids and I was given time 10:20 am saturday morning. When I went in for the appointment ten minutes before this time, I was told The first appointment was for 10 am and the second was 10:20 am. The front desk staff did not listen what I have to say and kept insisting on how appointments are cancelled if the person is late more than 10 minutes. she could have said one time I would have understood not several times. I found the way they talk to different individuals was different. I will never ever go back

  They have a few offices so I usually just go where my doctor is. I've been to the Garden City office, its a small place but service has always been great! This week I went to the new office on Henderson Highway for my daughter to be seen. The new office is really nice and the doctor and ladies at the front were great with my kid.

  The receptionist is not accommodating don't go there. I asked for Dr. O and she said he's not accepting patients anymore ☹
