  Went there for the first time and I wish I would have known about this place a long time ago got an awesome deal on a Milwaukee combo kit and some free good. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable would defenitly recommend going there!

  Went there to spend some serious money today on Milwaukee tools, but was not able to. First of all there are no prices on anything so you literally need to ask about every item and they are happy to sell 1 item and send you on the way, doesn't make me want to browse and convince myself of what I need in my time, which is only a few more seconds really. Secondly, when I suggested that I'd spend more if I knew the prices without having to ask and wait for them to look it up, the guy in charge lipped off about how successful they are they simply do not have time because stuff is literally flying off the shelves. I then said, ok, see you around. Employees like that are why companies fail, they need to know their role or go home and sit because rent needs to get paid, and taxes, and inventory, etc etc etc, but he gets paid regardless of how poorly he caress about the business

  Since then, they have reached out to me and delivered two of the part I needed at no charge. I appreciate the effort to make up for the poor customer service originally received.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable people work here. They have an excellent repair service, a ton of fasteners, and great general know-how. It's nice when a place holds on to their employees for years!

  Sent in a Paslode nailer simply to have a missing probe tip replaced. Was up-sold to have a service done on the tool and agreed. Did not receive the tip we needed which was the only reason the tool was originally sent in. I called to ask about it and was told that the purchase order said "add no new tip". Why would they write down to NOT add a part and even include the part number? I asked for the price on the part and was told it was $2.12 and could go back to purchase if I wanted it.

  changed from 2 stars to 1, the ownership doesn't even care to respond, the problem I guess starts at the top, go any where else, Home Depot is better.
