  Great facility, enjoyed the hot yoga class. I have not try the group classes yet. Great workout machines. Staff are very friendly.

  I complained to the manager, Dayna and the next day when I came in the entry way was clean... there were 2 new Yoga classes added to accomodate the extra people and it was all handled so fast!! During the past 2 weeks the entry way has remained clean.. and Yoga... which the regular members rely on... has bee great. Things can go amiss in any business.... or activity.... that's a given.... How fast situations are handled with Customer Service in mind...is the test of the business. I am pleased with this and because of that.... 4 star.

  Very understaffed when I went in to get my membership. Only 1 girl working and you had a big 2 day sale on. Waited 45 minutes plus before the girl could even address us. Few people were interested in signing up but got fed up waiting and left. If you are having a large sale, have more than 1 person working. Other than that using the facility has been great.

  I'm belong to this Shapes, and a couple of weeks ago I was a bit put off by a couple of situations there: 1. The entry way was really dirty from a lot of boots, consequently my socks and feet were getting really dirty when I took the boots off to enter... 2. They'd started a Yoga challenge for a month and instead of allowing for that.. suddenly the yoga classes, with the regular members was so packed you couldn't move let alone do yoga.

  Great experience ! Schedule perfect for me: hot yoga, fitness classes, machines... one thing I’ve found expensive is the training sessions. If I want to have some advice on how to use the machines I cannot buy only 1 session but 3 or 6 or more. Maybe you can propose a training session focusing on the machines. Just an idea. Thank you

  I only had a five day experience but it was really good. There's a lot of machines, and normally it's empty so it's nice. You never have to worry about parking. If they had basketball/ badminton courts and it would be 5 star.
