  It's a great place to workout. Receptionists are awesome, especially Kinga! She's so accommodating ang everytime I see her, she has a smile on her face. It shows that she really knows what she's doing as she can answer our questions on the spot. Being a first time member I also appreciate her explaining everything to me, giving me options and respecting my decision. Good job Kalinga! The teachers in the classes are also great. They are really good in motivating the students to finish the drills.

  Do the math. One week pass is $31.50... pay for a second pass, that's $63.00 for two weeks! I'm losing on this deal.

  I travel within Canada a lot and every gym has always accommodated me. Pay for gym, use gym, fly home, simple. Not shapes!

  Been a member at Shapes gym for 2 years. Throughout this two years I have had to deal with many inconveniences, dumbbells and weights NEVER being put in the right places, maybe 10 spray bottles throughout the whole gym for 40+ machines, not enough barbells for benches, and many other inconveniences . I have finally decided to leave to go to another gym, cancelling my membership halfway through January so I could leave for a new gym February 1st. However, apparently it's shapes policy to require 30 days notice. They are now charging me for ALL of February but my membership is terminated February 20th, not only do they charge you for a month after you cancel, you're not allowed to go there for the full month you paid for. Will never join a shapes gym ever again. I urge you to find another gym.

  Don’t sign up and if you do don’t do it with Sukhdeep! This recruiter deceived me (likely for her own commision based benefit) and lacked general English language skills. I was signed up for personal training and put on a year plan without being aware. Unfortunatey I was in a rush and didn’t read over the contract terms diligently enough. I was promised a sweater I did not ever get and it took several weeks to receive my key fobb. Terrible terrible organization! Go with Good Life Snap or any other option for that matter!

  I fly to Winnipeg a couple times to visit family. They will only sell me a one week visitor pass once a year. I tried paying for a second week due to an extended stay because of a death in the family and the lady said it was illegal to give me a second visitor pass.

  Just joined again after a 10 year break from Shapes (my company had opened a gym). The return experience to Shapes Pembina was excellent, from Sylvia being so helpful with my registration to Jodi my new fitness coach setting up a plan for me. Love the classes and the premises are fantastic!
