    Before Prairie CrossFit I was going to the gym regularly but I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Prairie CrossFit changed that! Although I still have a ways to go, I credit them for helping me get into the best shape of my life. The workouts are awesome and the coaches work hard at tailoring the workouts to each members needs/fitness level. The gym has a great sense of community, as a group we want everyone to succeed! If you want a good bang for your buck I highly recommend Prairie Crossfit. They've provided me with invaluable fitness + diet tips and RESULTS that in my opinion you will not get from a regular gym. Can't thank these guys enough!!

    I was looking for something to get me back into shape after having my baby, and I don't think I could have found a more fun, affordable, and accommodating gym! The coaches are second to none and are always encouraging us and motivating us to better ourselves! The first class is always free, which is nice, because it gives you a chance to really get the feel for a CrossFit workout! I am so thankful that I found Prairie CrossFit - my body is transforming in front of my eyes and it's so exciting to see and I am so much stronger than I ever thought I would be! I can't talk this place up enough..I just love it so much!!!

    I started attending Prairie CrossFit about a year and a half ago because I was looking to try something new and also to challenge myself. I didn't know what to expect, but I was accepted with a warm welcome into this gym family, and now I am hooked. I have not only improved my strength, endurance and speed from attending Prairie, but I have also gained valuable diet tips for sustaining a healthy life style, and learned new fitness and weight lifting techniques. Prairie CrossFit has such a strong sense of community and welcomes everyone to their gym no matter what level of fitness you consider yourself at. Whether you are a gym rat, or have never stepped into a gym before, the coaches at Prairie are always there for you to help guide you through the workouts and tailor them to your specific needs. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to improve your fitness level, want to learn proper weight lifting technique, or just want something new and fun to experience!

    I'm one of those students who started from "zero" - didn't have any structured gym experience beforehand. Naturally, I was kind of nervous about signing up, but I wanted to take a step toward improving my health and fitness. The coaches were very encouraging. There is such a sense of community and support that one couldn't help but feel welcome. I was given (and continue to receive) detailed instruction as I needed it. My fellow PCF members are awesome too!
