  First, I underline the fact that I requested the best way to express my appreciation of Timothy's service. I did not want to leave it up to a random survey. He was on time, efficient, and very informative when asked questions about dealing with cold zones that have persisted. He adjusted dampers and explained how to work with the thermostats: why and when temporary adjustments might be a solution and when to return to scheduled changes. Timothy was pleasant and patient in his explanations. Five Stars. Howard

  The Ian and Colin arrived early and got right to work. They were both very professional, installed the new furnace quickly (under 4 hours)and quietly. We later had an issue with our second furnace. When we called the help number, Steve was able to help us fix our problem over the phone! We would definitely recommend using this company!

  From Jeremy to Stephen, then John and Marc, my family’s Christmas Eve was made warm again. Jeremy was out Christmas Eve day to get our heat back on, recommended the best alternative for the upgrade vs replacement. Three days later and we are up and running with new heat before lunch! Thanks to all of you and you will be recommended going forward!

  Our furnace was very old and it was located in a very tight area to work in Trevor P. and Mike M. came down and did such a fantastic job! super friendly and they did such a fast job.

  We bought the nest thermostat (internet friendly) Even tho it wasn't their product they installed it and took care of all the wiring and setup we are extremely happy with the work they did and our new Furnace....Thanks guys you are both great....had to add to my review ...anyone who has installed a new furnace knows you have to have hydro come down and inspect the work and give out red tags if anything needs adjusting ...well hydro came down and not 1 red tag excellent installation work very impressed with Winnipeg supply
