  Our water heater wasn't working and we called them late at night after 11:00pm on Monday, February 22rd, right before they were about to close. The woman who picked up gave us really helpful advice about replacing the tank, and also gave us methods to try at home to fix the issue. She was extremely nice and patient, and we were able to fix our issue right then according to the directions she gave us, saving us from having to get a repairman. We would for sure recommend their services to a friend, and we would definitely go to this company if we have trouble again.

  excellent service called dec 30th one company said 99.00 to quote see you in 4 days after the quote, these guys were at my door in 90 minutes and the service provider was polite and did a clean a proficient job.

  City Wide I only paid $234 and some change. They were here in a hour. The only company that said they could be here in a hour while every other place I considered said sometime next week.

  Awesome service. These people really know what they are talking about. What they quoted me over the phone was the exact price range they quoted me when I had to pay. I priced shopped around over the phone today I literally called almost every hot water heater repair place in Winnipeg trying to get the best quot. Some places did not even know the prices of their parts and I got some rude receptionists. I got one quote from Custom Vac and the "lady" said I was looking at least $400.

  I discovered that our water heater was leaking at 9 PM. City Wide was there within an hour and done within two. Both the dispatch on the phone and the tech who arrived were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous. Job was done right, and quick too. The cost was reasonable, considering how fast service responded, but you could probably find cheaper elsewhere if you can afford to go a few days without hot water.

  Wonderful experience. I sent an email to City Wide the night our water heater died, they gave me all the info I needed to make a decision on a new tank, and less than 24 hours later the new one was installed and running. Great company!
