  The store is very nicely decorated and appealing. It is an adventure to wander through the store and discover all sorts of treasures tucked here and there . Lots of beautiful items . The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will be back to use the fifteen dollar gift certificate I received when I made my purchase. Thank you

  Brutal customer service at this location. My girlfriend and I had to carry our 3 seater sofa from the back of the store over other furniture and fully staged dining sets while the sales staff watched. A couple of concerned customers assisted more than any of the employees as we were almost knocking things over. We were told the couch would be fully wrapped for transport but it was actually loosely covered with some thin plastic wrap that I wouldn't trust to keep a sandwich safe. If you must purchase something here make sure it's light weight since you won't be receiving and assistance getting it out of the over stocked crowded store. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the dozens of other furniture stores in Winnipeg that puts a little more pride in customer service. If it were up to me the couch would have stayed where it was but since we had already paid for a floor model we wouldn't be given a refund.

  Stopped in there on a Saturday afternoon (December 16th) on a whim. Found the staff to be happy and helpful. The mood in the store was festive and welcoming. Found some great deals on Christmas ornaments and saw lots of things I want to go back there for. Prices are reasonable considering the higher end products they have there.

  Every time I go in The Kenaston Store i never get greeted or looked after. If you don't spend a certain amount of money in that store the sales people just leave you and go onto the next customer! This store is known for dropping customers especially if you are only looking for small items like accessories! And that is why I gave a 3*!
