  I have ordered bouquets from this florist several times now for my wife and they always come so beautifully arranged and last way longer than the ones I used to buy from other florists! Very caring service and workmanship is also a big reason why I will continue to use her services!

  I would strongly recommend not using this florist. I had a terrible experience. My fiancé ordered flowers on Valentine's Day and had them delivered as a surprise. The flowers received where wilting and clearly old. The owner of the gallery said that she did not know what happened. She showed up the day after Valentine's Day with more flowers (that were different then the ones ordered). She acknowledged that the flowers she sent were dated and had no excuse to give me. Although I can appreciate that she did bring new flowers the next afternoon, the damage had been done. It is unacceptable to pay for beautiful fresh flowers and receive dying flowers instead. We gave her an opportunity to correct the problem. She never offered a credit. Please note that this transpired a week after we chose her to do our wedding flowers. This was very upsetting to us. She could have easily avoided the situation be telling my fiancé that she had no stock for Valentine's Day instead of sending us old flowers. I usually do not write reviews of this sort. But I decided to do so as I contacted her and offered her an opportunity to refund the amount and correct the problem and she did not. She did not even acknowledge the communication. This is both unprofessional and demonstrates that customer satisfaction and loyalty is not important to Signature Floral Gallery. We are all about supporting smaller local businesses, but I strongly suggest avoiding this one.

  Florist was extremely efficient at arranging a nice and simple birthday bouquet before my girlfriend came home from work. Flowers were fresh and price was quite reasonable. She was also very friendly and easy to do business with. Highly recommended.
