    Not sure why this place has such a low rating. I have used them several times in the past. My wife always says the flowers are beautiful. My info is kept on file and makes ordering flowers easy.

    Be aware the companies affiliated with Grower's Direct will NOT deliver your flowers unless they speak to the home owner and confirm they will be there at a certain time to accept your flowers. If you have a loved one who is going through a difficult time, it is inappropriate to ask them to ensure they are home at XX time as accepting a flower delivery may be the last thing on their mind. Sometimes you just want to send a surprise to brighten up someones day without inconveniencing them. The flowers I ordered weeks ago were supposed to be delivered on Saturday and it is now Tuesday and still have not been delivered unbeknownst to me. They finally called me today, 3 days later to tell me they have not been delivered. If delivery of flowers on time (Birthday, Sympathy) to the address you specified is of importance, I would suggest using a different company to ensure they are delivered.

    If I could give you ZERO stars I would! This store took $160 from my cousin for fowers for our uncle's funeral. Not only did they NOT DELIVER THEM they refuse to return her money! How disgusting! This is the second time I have personally had bad experience with them. They delivered a nearly dead bouquet to my grandmother's funeral in 2015, and the person who ordered them returned them, and had a new one made!
