  I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. Dr Ritter is an arrogant , self-absorbed jerk who thinks he's above God. He did a terrible repair job on my tooth, after it broke from the initial repair he did not even a year later. And to top it off he complained while he was doing it. I would not recommend him to anyone. The staff there are all very nice and he seems to boss them around. The one girl today seemed scared of him. I have had problems there before but thought I would give them another chance... Never again!

  I love coming here. The staff and Dr.Ritter himself always treat me and my daughter very well. Super nice environment, happy staff, such a great change from the dental office I used to go to down the parking lot. I even moved out of town and still drive an hour just to come to this office.

  I've been going to Ritter Dental since they opened and have been very happy with their service , especially Emma ! Dr Ritter has always been great with me. No complaints.

  I only realized the good work Dr. Ritter does after my orthodontist mentioned my "tricky" root canal work that he saw on my x-rays. Apparently the roots were twisted quite a bit, but I haven't had any issues with it and it has been many years already. I have some anxiety with being in the chair for sure, but the root canal was not a bad experience at all. The staff is super friendly and accommodating (I live out of town). I even had a basic filling done by a local dentist when I moved out of Winnipeg 8 years ago. It was not as good a job as Dr. Ritter's, so I've been making the drive into the city for my appointments ever since.

  If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a terrible experience. Went in for a cleaning, the assistant I had was very nice and conversational, when it came time for the dentist to come in and check my teeth, a random person who was sitting at the front desk comes in and starts looking at my X-rays. I wouldn't mind if she actually introduced herself to me. She kept talking at me like I was so below her, and when the dentist came in he started looking at my X-rays and they just started talking to each other. I had to ask and clarify what was going on with my teeth like I was overhearing their conversation instead of them telling me what's going on. I was upset about the situation and the random girl that walked in the room just looked at me and wanted me to book more appointments! GOOD JOKE. I don't even know the damn ladies name that just randomly walked in or if she was an actual dentist or assistant. I am looking elsewhere for the work I have to get done. And I feel like Dr.Ritter doesn't even care about his patients or will even care about this review!
