  I am a person who hates going to the dentist. This place has made me feel comfortable. Super clean office, friendly staff, amazing new technology, and you would think this would mean they charge way more but there services are on par with other dentists. Evening hours are amazing. My hygenist Stephen and Dentist Dr.Rohan are both amazing. The care they give to their patients is earnest and honestly I feel more comfortable with them than any doctor I have had.

  Took my son to see doctor lau, my poor boy had several cavities. Not from lack of brushing, from just bad luck, my teeth are the same. HOWEVER, dentist Lau, made my wife and I out to be the culprit and was extremely rude about it. To the point where we will never go back.

  Front end staff are very nice, but over the year we went to polo park dental center we had two wrongly schedualed appointments that were entry errors on the part of the front end staff.

  I left Winnipeg last March to relocate abroad. I was a Polo Park patient for five years. Great service; always courteous. I appreciate Dr. Lau's and his team's support and encouragement. Free gifts of toothpaste, toothbrushes, and super-floss. Excellent management of dental claims to Great West Life. I truly miss them!

  I've been going to Polo Park Dental for over 25 years. Prior to that I hadn't been to a dentist for a very long time, never any issues with cavities but they discovered some periodontal issues that needed addressing. Needless to say, the intense perio cleaning procedures basically saved my teeth. Shout out to Delores my long time hygienist, and Dr. Rohan who has become my new dentist, you ladies rock! See you in March.

  Ignore the negative posts, their reception is great as long as you arrange your services and insurance properly. Never heard of an office that didn't charge a same day cancellation fee or arrange your insurance coverage for you. Don't expect any medical service to do things for you. I have had no problem cancelling or rescheduling appointments with more than 2 days notice.
