    So I had an appointment today with them, I'm a single mom of 3 children. 1 school age child, a preschooler, and a 5 month old. I'm busy! They called today saying I was late for my appointment, and when I asked to reschedule they said no! How high and mighty is this office that I cannot have another appointment. Also the rude woman who called me had the nerve to say she called me yesterday and told me. Sure enough there was a missed call. We never spoke. What a rude and unnecessary experience!
