  My personal experiences with this place were great except for the cashiers accidentally scaning an item twice or not scanning it at all, or even going too slow but overall its cool.

  The most rude service ever. When asking a simple question I got the most snarky and digusted response back. Not even willing to help me look for anything. The manger is one of the most rudest person ever.

  Went to the Hot Topic at Polo Park to buy a gift, had the best worst experience ever. Rude staff member with a neck tattoo said he was the manager and was condescending. Wouldn't help me at all. Another person came and asked if I needed help, she took the time to help me find the perfect gift, turns out SHE is the actual store manager, Alex was wonderful and is the reason I will be a repeat customer of hot topic.

  Really enjoying having this store in Winnipeg, the staff is amazing and helpful. I buy pops all the time.

  Horrible customer service and unless your friends with an employee then your screwed for anyrhing exclusive. Employees tell some they cant say what they have in the back for stock but yet others are told exactly what and when it will be out. Unfortunately i would never want to make friends with a bunch of grouchy people so i guess ill buy my hot topic exclusives on the secondary market.
