  The service we got was dismal. We were treated like we were an incovenience to both staff members working.

  But two pairs of pants and the only negative was they tried to charge me for a crease $8 per pants and on top of that the alterations but I mentioned it and they took the $8 free stuff which is nice and when they mentioned it there was no money mentioned.

  Very helpful staff! I'd been looking for a red dress shirt for my dad and within 1 minute, someone came over to assist me. I found what I needed and paid, probably took less than 5 minutes!

  Also bought a pair of gloves there and because my hands are quite large even the Costco s extra large didn't fit me so these did cuz it's a big and tall shop and the service was polite and I enjoyed it.

  I have been shopping here since 2012. It is great store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Miles is my guy! They offer quality products in sizes that you wont fiend in the mainstream mall outlets. I have purchased numerous high quality items such as Columbia Outerwear , Tommy Hilfiger , Daniel Hechter Paris and Polo Ralph Lauren. Being 'big and tall" does not necessarily mean you have to look scrappy terrible badly manufactured clothes, simply because that is the only size you can find. George Richards provides numerous options. Great store, I will always remain a loyal client.
