  The worst F21 I have ever stepped foot into. The clothes are so heavily stacked on the racks (and often times the wrong racks) that you can't look through anything without things falling off. Everything is disorganized, nothing is ever re-folded or put back in its original place. Shopping there is stressful and I can never find anything I see online.

  Horrible customer service. Staff is very rude, unhelpful & gives you dirty looks. The dressing room attendant had two friends visiting her when I went and didn’t even greet me. The cashier seemed totally uninterested and snotty as well. The store is messy and disorganized. Do not recommend.

  This the WORST customer service I have ever received!! I am a long time customer of forever21 loved the clothes. I order a dress on line for $21.00 plus taxes when I was told it was $9.99 in store I bought it anyways. I then wore it TWICE and the back seam came apart in the back at work. Called the store spoke to a manager and was told I could get a store credit knowing that the shipping I paid would be a lose for me. (Which was almost 12.00) When I got to the store at Polo Park they only refunded $9.99!!! And I proceeded to call human resources when I was then informed that I'm "lucky" they even did that cause apparently after it's wore, no refunds, exchanges or store credit are to be done! I will never shop at Forever 21 again this is the worst experience I have ever in countered.

  More than half my wardrobe consists of clothing I bought at Forever 21...great quality, usually good prices, and usually friendly staff, my go-to clothing store!

  Forever 21 online has the worst customer service! Agents hung up on me twice and would not provide any help to retrieve a package. Sure I made a small typo in my address, but they just lost thousands of dollars of future services from me and my friends over a $60 purchase. You do not treat loyal regular customers like that. Smart business sense guys... I'll buy cheap clothes somewhere else. (Side note. Thanks to Canada Post for their patience in helping educate them on missing parcels. They were willing to do a 3-way call and stay on hold to help get through to them.)
