  The only positive (and why I'm giving 3 stars) is the concert hall. It is state of the art, and total first class. The artists and bands they book are excellent, and the sound and seating is just awesome.

  Things just keep getting worse and worse here. They got rid of the big progressive slots, and the majority of those "penny" machines they have now equate to $1- $2 per bet games.

  Visited here for my partners work Xmas party. I am not a. Big gambler but there was so much to see and do I didn't need to gamble. The fish tank was covered up so I assume they were doing work to it. The staff were friendly and helpful also.

  Had fun playing bingo here the other day. Was sad that the aquarium is being remodelled. Staff there told me that it has been closed for over a year. They said it was supposed to open again in 2018, but no one knows when⁉ My daughter wanted to go to see the aquarium for her 18th birthday, but it looks like it will still be closed then. Very DISAPPOINTED!!

  The staff are NOWHERE to be found when it comes to needing help on the floor, and not offering complimentary soft drinks just doesn't make any sense to me (every other Casino in the world offers at least this). They do offer free coffee, but it is in cups that only a 4 year old could appreciate.

  Went to play bingo with mother in law and her mother had a good time! Loved the free mocha's and bingo was kinda mindless took little to no effort just pressed a button and the computer searched my moves. Priced decent I think I played 15 sheets for 20$ and an extra 4$ got me playing extras in-between. So, for an evening out to be social with the girls and a chance to win money this was a good idea.

  So close to shopping and restaurants. The staff are friendly and it was great being able to go to the casino without having to go outside. Loved getting a voucher for the casino too!
