  Won't recommend. Took my car in for a new bumper. They promise me that I will get their rental car. But when I drop off my car. They had got me a third party's rental car from another company. That I couldn't use do to my age, the rental guy kicked me out, and made fun of me about my age. Then drove off. I had to walk home from the shop in the rain, after dropping my car off. After getting the car back after 3 days, I found a few places where I they had over pray. One of those place were, white paint on the black part of my bumper. I very disappointed with there services. Also when they were cleaning the inside of my car they broke one of my air vent, and never told me about it.

  Front end collision damage taken in on claim. You would be none the wiser of any incident. Minus the fact that the rest of the car looks like it's seen the test of time. They quoted me a week, was done in three days. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

  this place ledt me with the most disappointment ive ever felt. how can you bring a broekn car to your shop yet give it back to ke broken? uncomplete paperwork was asked of me to fill out. i came back to get my car after the estimate and my door lock is broken. they called me saying it will cost 184$ to repair the lock. i called the place and asked to speak to the manager. i told my reason for being upset and he didnt not understand my problems nor did he try and give me otber options. all i got was being told its not their fault. when I bring my car to a shop i expect it to be treated with respect, not uder disrespect. what you call going above and beyond means nothing. i highly do not recommemd this place if you want the best for your vehicle.

  Edit: In their haste a bunch of clips were not replaced and now I have problems remotely unlocking my driver side door.

  Once again, I was reassured that Gateway is the only place to go for body work. Not only was the work to be done, done very well and in a timely fashion, the car was detailed to a tee. Gateway is the only body shop that I've to for over 25 years.
