  This was one of the last places I called to rent a car. I needed this car for one day to get to and from work. When I phoned, the receptionist told me they had a car available, it was a cobalt and it would be $60 for the day. Fine.. I was desperate, it was a little high compared to my other prices that I got from Enterprise and such but they had no vehicles at that time. The lady says they'll even come and pick me up within the next 30 minutes before they close so I could get my car. This was at 530pm. They closed at 6. I end up getting a ride there and sign all the papers and away we go through the parking lot. She points and goes that's your car over there. A piece of crap Swift that's literally falling apart on the condition report. Scratches all over, engine light is on, gas tank cover doesn't close, makes a loud bang when you start it but no big deal, it goes away. No need to worry, its all on the report, so away I go. Get to my house, go to honk the horn to let my girlfriend know im home, what do you know, horn doesn't work. Next day, 1pm, thought id give them a call and make sure id be able to get a ride home when I returned the car at the same time as pick up yesterday. She said, "oh no, we can't do that on such short notice." "well you were about to pick me up in 10 minutes yesterday but now today, once you have my money, 3 hours is too short of notice?". The lady was so rude to me and was treating us like crap. I will definitely be arranging a pickup today from a friend even though their website states "free drop off and pick up". I will also be contacting MPI about their unsafe cars. Do not rent cars from this shop and more so, do not get your car fixed at this place. Bunch of crooks! Worst I've seen!

  Recently rented a vehicle from this car rental place. Was highly recommended to us at the time. When we picked up the car, the ladies in the front office were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The car was spotless and well maintained. We have rented from other places before in Winnipeg, by far this is the best experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. We travel to Winnipeg at least twice a year and will certainly rent from them every time we come there. Thanks to all of you for the best experience and the greatest customer service. We will be back in a few months and will be back to rent from you again.

  I had a Autopac Claim and rented a vehicle from Value Rent a car. When I went to pick up the vehicle ,the ladies at the desk were very pleasant . The Vehicle they rented to me was a newer Sonic which was a very clean nice to drive vehicle. When my autopac claim expired I needed the vehicle for a few extra days and they were nice enough to let me keep the vehicle at no charge ,which I very much appreciated.

  The staff here was awesome! My wife and I ran into a problem with our vehicle and needed a rental as soon as possible. We contacted this company and they had newer 2014 model for us. Our issue was we did not have a credit card. This company does not require one! You can leave a deposit of 300$ and they hold it for 10 business days (just in case you get a speeding ticket) once those days have pasts you can go and collect your deposit. The staff here were extremely nice and helpful. They picked my wife up from work and drove here to the rental company to fill out the necessary paper work and was able to drive back to work with the car. They were very friendly and talkative and in good moods. We had the car for ruffly 3 days and had to return it for noon. We have used this company a few times when running into problems with our car and have never had an issues. We highly recommend this company if you are ever in our situation and need a vehicle as soon as possible and do not have a credit card. We called around to quite a few companies and not many will help out with out a credit card. This company sent above and beyond for they're customers.
