  Jeremiah was so helpful in making sure my rental was swapped for one with a block heater - he checked with National's sister companies and even offered his own extension cord! During a busy time of year and as part of a skeleton staff, he was still personable with all customers, patient and easy to work with. I appreciated his commitment to service.

  Extremely quick and easy check in and return. Car was exactly what we asked for. No line ups. Friendly staff. Easy online booking as well. Didn't waste our time on small details. Best car rental experience I've had!!

  Also, if a car has the gas release door in an odd position, I would expect to be told about. Eventually found the release under the drivers door arm rest.

  I landed in Winnipeg on my birthday, and the service was amazing. I had a few mishaps before arriving and they were so accommodating. They made my one day trip that much easier and I can't recommend them enough! Amazing front line customer service!

  I was surprised that a car in Winnipeg did not have a block heater. We stayed in a rural location that was extremely cold and starting was an issue one morning.
