    Made an appointment over to the phone to get leak looked at. Was told that the proper technicians would be in. Showed up technicians weren't there. Also a bunch of 5 star reviews with nothing written is questionable.

    The Parts Department is TERRIBLE! I had to see the parts department for some transfer case fluid. The sales guy could not have been less interested in helping me. He seemed quite upset I made him look up from his phone. He had no desire to look up what fluid I needed, told me he had no way to check how much I needed (a quick Google search informed me, but I was hoping for confirmation) and was generally apathetic. I truly hope I never need to go back there for any other parts, and will likely avoid thier sales department as well due to this experience.
