  My husband just bought his F150 from Mid-town and it was a pleasant shopping experience. We had been to a lot of dealerships, but none compare to Mid-town. The staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly and the customer service is fantastic. It's not very often you come across a salesman that is patient and not pushy, honest and actually cares, and will do anything to earn your business. This was our salesman, Reed. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. We also dealt with Lisa and Diane for the financial part, and they were fantastic! They did whatever they could to make things work. So, THANK YOU Mid-town Ford, we are customers for life!

  We just recently purchased 2 new vehicles (2017) from Mid-Town Ford. I traded my 2014 Edge in for the 2017. We used the same sales person as when we purchased the 2014 Edge. We had dealt with Shane Mealy on the first purchase and received excellent service so it was only fitting that we return to deal with him again on these purchases. Shane took excellent care of us and at no time did we feel he was making any attempt to take us or not to give us the best deal possible.

  Buying a F150 from John was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years from a number of dealerships, but this was the best. I appreciate John's no pressure approach and his knowledge. He was able to find a truck that will meet my future needs to pull an RV. John was also available to answer questions/concerns I had post purchase.

  The sales team was excellent (Rene and Brad). Clearly they understood how buyers make buying decisions and didn't force the process. They actively listened to my needs and addressed them accordingly in oder to fully understand my concept. I felt the purchase was win-win.

  Brought my Lincoln into the Mid-Town Body Shop early January to have $3,9000.00 of damage done on the vehicle. Anyone who drives a Lincoln will know it's not a fun experience being separated from it for an extended period of time. In the end it was well worth it. The work they did was nothing short of first-class. In addition to this, I was kept in the loop on timelines during the whole 2 weeks - I never once felt left in the dark. I will use Mid-Town Ford for many years to come. I HIGHLY recommend Mid-Town Ford.

  Rene Hamonic also took good care of us when dealing with our trades and gave us more than fair value for both vehicles. When the time comes to purchase a new vehicle I would not hesitate in recommending both of these people to deal with.
