  had a test drive this summer, eve though I phoned and booked my test driving few days ahead, I had to wait almost 30min to see the car and the car was dirtier than my 10 yrs old car both inside and outside. guess you dont really need to book. surprisingly the dealer was trying sell that dirty demo car to me. no thanks I walked out. only the reason I am giving them 2 stars is they have a nice building.

  Absolutely amazing experience! From first walking in the dealership to actually purchasing the vehicle, everything went smooth and perfect. Micheal Okoye was my salesman and he knew absolutely everything about every Mercedes including info on the whole car world. Extremely knowledgeable.

  I had a flat tire Monday morning in -30 weather and the tire actually came off the rim. I couldn't even use car jack to lift the car to change to my spare tire. I was on Kenaston and saw Mercedes dealership close by so I somehow got there to ask for help. The lady at the service reception wasn't too friendly but the service manager Hussein Al-Naji helped me out and changed the flat tire to spare one without any charge. He is a great manager and a super nice guy. I would recommend the service center for sure.

  Excellent experience there for my car repairing. I went there because of the diesel exhaust system problem of my car, which expected the cost more than $2000 to fix because I notice my car past the warranty already. But Matt(services advisor) tried to find something out to covered the cost without my request! All I need to pay was $50 deduction! How wonderful is that! everyone in the shop is excellent! You will find it out by your first impression when you walk into the shop, everyone is nice dressed and shop is extremely fancy and clean! Totally different level from the other brands of dealerships like Japanese and American brands!

  They truly live up to their motto "The best or nothing", we had an amazing experience with this dealership. We bought a pre-owned non-Mercedes Benz car from them but still got top notch service! Michael Okoye was very helpful, professional and patient with all our questions, Em Miranda from Finance was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Everything went very smooth! No one was pushy or intimidating, everybody was polite, professional and very welcoming! We even got a thank you card from the manager! :) This is the best dealership we've ever been to!
