  I have been dealing with McPhillips Toyota now since 2008, my Toyota has not needed a lot of service, as I do my own mechanical work. However, the staff in Parts and Service are exceptional ! I always look for my favorite parts salesman, as he always gives me the best prices (even better than jobbers) on the items i require to maintain my car. The service department is outstanding, the Gentleman that greets you in the service entrance is so knowledgeable about vehicles and can sometimes help you right on the spot with simple things that don't seem obvious at first. Also they go out of their way to help the mechanically inclined customer find and source special tooling to get the job done... all i can say is McPhillips Toyota is the place. Go nowhere else. If you own any brand of car, and especially if you own a Toyota, you'd be very hard pressed to find the blend of best customer service, best parts, best service advice, and best finished service work in this Province. Hands Down the best.

  Went there today looking for a car. I had to track down a sales associate as no one greeted us. Went to the reception desk and asked for someone to help us. We told the salesman what price range and vehicle we were looking for. He showed us to his desk...put a piece of paper in front of us and went back to the reception desk. The closest pricing to what we wanted was 3 grand more. We left and no one seemed to notice. It appears that mcphillips is only interested in high end customers. I would not recommend them.

  I was quite impressed at how quickly I got in and out. My car was not starting well and was hesitating.

  I did need a battery. They would have even washed my car. But it was too cold. They said I could come back another day and they would wash it for me.

  Grant Cobb is one of the best Service Managers I've met; he takes care of business and looks out for his customers' best interests. Steve is one of the best Service Advisers I've met; he knows what he's doing and offers honest no-nonsense advise. Well done, gentlemen!
