  I had the most amazing experience while buying my automobile at this store! A dozen of friends of mine bought and continue to buy at this store with Jorge Rios and despite of the fierce competition at this marketplace, I decided to follow everyone’s recommendation to have an appointment with Mr. Rios. The result was better than I expected! Jorge was very thoughtful and respectful in every detail!

  Went to a different dealer immediately after and made a purchase within an hour. All current Nissan offers were provided, added extras were offered up front, and price was reasonably negotiated quickly.

  Asked for a itemized price break down of a new vehicle and was looking to make a purchase tonight. Sales associate was not up front about all of the current incentives that are currently being offered by Nissan, and was completely unwilling to have a respectful negotiation after telling him that I did not want to have my time wasted. Finance Manager Shane is arrogant, rude, and lacks a customer focus. If this guy is a reflection of the management of this dealership, then there is no reason why anyone in Winnipeg should ever make a purchase from them. A waste of my time. I am not interested in having someone insult my intelligence.

  This was my first buying a vehicle and from the moment we stepped into the dealership we felt welcomed. Valentine was great to deal with , he was knowledgeable of Nissan Vehicles. He showed me the Nissan Rogue and all the great features and helped me walked through them and he answered all my questions and followed up with me the next day to make sure am familiar with my new Rogue and asked me if I have any other thing to review in my new car.I will recommend Valentine and Mcphillips Nissan to all my family members and co workers.
