  My experience started off Great! was treated very well during my visit. JP was great!The issue started after my purchase . Vehicle should not have passed the safety. broken exhaust. leaking rear shocks, worn out front stabilizer arms, was also advertised that a $500.00 gas credit would be given . This also never materialized . have been given the run around ever since. love the car! did not appreciate the after sales service felt like a quick money grab.

  e walked in with the "Oh my gawd, we are about to be mauled by used car salesman" fears! Instead, we were welcomed and and our fears were put at ease. J.P. showed us around the dealership and answered our questions rather than telling us what we need to know. J.P. was friendly and straightforward without being too pushy. We went for a test drive and were welcomed upon our return. Again, not too pushy and not wishy washy either. Our negotiations were brief and we were satisfied that we were receiving a fair deal. We dealt with Gord Dowhan regarding the financial piece. We were treated with respect and again there was no pressure to make additional purchases. Our options were clearly presented and very understandable.
