  I can't say enough good things about Toad Hall Toys! Sue and the team were fantastic. I called from California with an idea of what I wanted, and was wisely recommended to select something other than a train since I wanted a gift for a 5 year old. We figured out the ideal gift... and then I had to call back because Santa was already bringing that gift! Everyone was terrific and substituted other items. I was thrilled. But the icing on the cake was when they got the gifts to the Fairmont in time for Christmas as they were closing and we were still on the plane! And it was the coldest Christmas in many years. Thank you so very much for all your attention and care. The whole family is well aware of the amazing service we experienced - even from afar. Thank you again.

  Toy heaven - that's all I can say! I discovered this place on one of my "walk-abouts" around the city exploring and taking pictures in November. When I walked inside my jaw literally dropped and every where I looked were toys galore! It's not your typical toys like the large chain stores - it's better!! Go and walk around, you will be amazed! Dollhouse items, science, games, old fashion metal toys, craft supplies, collectibles, costumes, unique stuffed critters, different candy, and so much more. You really must go and see for yourself. If something in there doesn't make you smile, I will be shocked.

  I'd say this place is rather unique and worth checking out. They have a lot of neat stuff in here you're not gonna find at big box stores. Prices seem reasonable too.

  By far the best toy store in the city! With the exception of electronic's, if you can't find it there, it's not worth buying. Prices are good. Often less expensive then Amazon. Squeaky wood floors, an old building, nestled in the exchange just adds to the charm. Great selection of books too!

  Amazing array of fun, stimulating toys. Love the live tank with fish and geckos! My son loved the train table set out to play with. The books, puzzles, rocks, kits etc are all fantastic! The miniature doll houses are awe inspiring!
