  Nice quiet and the first double layered chapters I've been to which is nice I find it's better to have wall space then tons of long rows upon rows of books. Starbucks upstairs has very friendly staff

  There's a wide variety of books as well as little novelty items that are so fun to check out! The staff are always friendly and welcoming!

  Great atmosphere/ambiance. My kids loved looking for books and stopping upstairs for a hot chocolate treat.

  Loved it lost of people their to help couldn't locate this book I really wanted all though it was in stock so the lady found it bought me it called me like she promised and I reimbursed her! Nice lady love the book also

  Chapters is a great place to find books for all ages. Not only does it have a great looking retail space, but they don't only sell books. They have broadened their scope by selling desirable home decor items and electronics.
