  I spoke to 6 different microblading professionals and sent them pictures of my newly microbladed eyebrows. EVERY SINGLE ONE told me this is a horrendous botch job and they've never seen anything so terrible. Not only did she cut really really deep into my skin (which can cause permanent scarring), she also made the eyebrow strokes very poorly....according to actual professionals (WHICH I ASSUMED THE WOMAN WHO PERFORMED SUCH A LIFE CHANGING ERROR ON MY FACE WAS). I'm going to be reporting this establishment as I highly doubt this woman is trained in doing this procedure. These are people's faces....their lives. I've been advised by one of the leading brow establishments to immediately do sea salt scrubs, hot showers.....anything to get as much of the pigment out if my brows as possible so it doesn't scar too badly and look so horrendous. I'm livid. Beware of this place ladies. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  Not at all satisfied with the services. Moreover customer dealing is also very rude. They are never willing to listen to customer complaints when any problem arise. I would never go there again in my life.

  I'm not sure yet how to rate so I'm going to wait and see how they turn out in the end. I know nothing about microblading. I do on the other hand know mine don't look like what I've seen everywhere else. I'm giving them a 3 until I see how they turn out fully healed, lightened and blended in more as the eyebrows look quite sharp and scary.....Im really worried

  I purchased a Groupon coupon online for laser hair removal, and I have zero complaints! There is one girl that does it but she is extremely nice and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into my appointment. Recommend 5/5!!

  I have had 1 treatment (I have 5 more to go) and the treatments 100% work! Even after just 1 treatment I have noticed a huge difference! The hair is so much easier to come out and I can actually notice that the growth is coming back a lot less. They did run late on my first appointment but the technician apologized and explained that one of her previous appointments ran late and unfortunately put her behind for the rest her appointments which is understandable. I would recommend Richmond to anyone looking to have laser hair treatments. It is a great value for great results.
