  First time going in for a massage and facial were great but second experience was awful!!! Lady wouldn't stop coughing on me while giving me a massage and took about 30 breaks!!! My second facial experience was traumatizing.... I have developed cystic acne and the facialist burnt the skin under my eyes so bad and I walked out with mask still on my face and my face so dried out I cried for 3 days. Everyone who I saw first was great but they all left so I guess they gave a high turn over for employees.

  I ended up getting a membership because it did make the most sense. I appreciate that I don't have to go every month (it's just kept as a credit for your next visit) as I'm out of the city half the time. I like that it can be shared at least with members of your household. There's flexibility.

  I go specifically to see Jocelyn. She was my facialist from tenspa. I feel the results are similar, but without the frills and the price tag of frills.

  Loved the shower / steam. Went for a massage after a run, and usually just go home after. This time I had to go out, so I used the shower / steam - I didn't want to leave. Awesome addition! I've been to Spas all over North America, and know how certain Spa experiences can last many hours, and cost hundreds of dollars. That said, for that perfect relaxing experience mid-day, for someone on the go, this place is tough to beat!

  I have been to this establishment for facial services and I'm always surprised that the '60 minute facial' is more like 30 minutes. Even though I get there early, by the time everything starts rolling we are already 20 minutes or more into the hour-long service. I find all the facial steps rushed. At the end of the service there is typically approx.10 minutes still remaining. Not the best use of time; not the best value for money. Prices have recently increased but the services have not gotten better. It's unfortunate to be spending a good amount of money on a one-hour facial to only get a half hour of actual service. If the facial is advertised as '60 minutes', customers should be granted 60 minutes of active service. I have witnessed customers trying to cancel their memberships and being questioned hard by the owners and pressured to try to stay. This makes it very uncomfortable for the customer trying to cancel and for those in the waiting room who have to hear it. Would be nice if it was hassle-free; you shouldn't have to provide any reason to stop spending your own hard-earned money. Also, they advertise their membership price online as $75+GST, but then make you pay PST at the front desk when you exit. Why is this?

  excellent staff, great massage and steam shower. Beautiful store. Flexible hours. I'm there on regular basis.

  It's good if you want to do a quick in and out because you just want the service done.
