  I was not impressed with the service or the food. A couple who had sat down behind us ordered after we did and was almost finished eating and we still did not have our meal. So we had asked for it to go, not only was my food burnt and hard it was incorrect.

  We went for wings. It was my husband's pick to go to Smitty's, my husband and older son ordered wings, I ordered breakfast and my younger son a grilled cheese kids meal. We ordered around 6:20 and only got out food at 7:15. The kids were so hungry and wanted to leave to go somewhere else. The manager came around after about 45 mins to say your food was almost ready. It was way to long to wait and there was no sorrys and money taken off the bill! Poor choice of going to Smitty's tonight

  If I could give no stars I would. This smittys doesn’t care if their customers things get stolen, I.e coat, a walker, money. They say they will look at the tapes but they never do. They don’t even do anything if someone physically assaults you! The people that work their like to gossip about customers and it gets back to customers. #boycottsmittysatgatdencity
